2 days Maasai Mara safari is a guided tour or adventure travel experience in Maasai Mara National Reserve in magical Kenya. The reserve is known for its abundant wildlife including the big five mammals (lions, buffaloes, rhinos, leopards and elephants).and the annual great migration of the millions and millions of wildebeests, thousands of zebras and the gazelles.
Maasai Mara safaris can be tailored to suit different interests, budgets, and preferences from the luxury lodges to the budget-friendly camping options. The best time to visit is during the Great Migration (July to October) or any time in the dry season (December to March).
Day 1: Start of your Safari from Nairobi.
On the first day of the safari you will be picked up at the airport- Jomo Kenyatta International Airport upon arrival. Your safari guide will pick you and welcome you and give you a briefing about the safari. After you will begin your journey to Maasai Mara National Reserve a popular wildlife destination in Kenya and Africa as well. Along the way you will have enroute stopover at the Great Rift Valley where you will enjoy incredible views of the rift valley escarpments, arrive in the reserve in time for lunch which you will have after checking into your lodge. In the afternoon you will go for a game drive in search for animals such as the incredible big five mammals like lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes and rhinos. You will as well sight other animal species like cheetahs, wildebeests among others without forgetting bird species in the beautiful landscape. In the evening you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Morning game drive and departure.
On the last day of the safari, wake up early in the morning meet your safari guide and go for a morning game drive to sight the early raisers, exploring and watching abundance of wildlife, during the game drive you will be able to see several animals such as lions, elephants, cape buffaloes, cheetah, zebras, African wild dogs, rhinos, elands, warthogs, Masai giraffe and many bird species such as Kori bustard, Fischer’s lovebird, herons among others.
After the morning game drive return back to the lodge and be served with a hearty breakfast and check out from your lodge while heading to Nairobi. Along the way you will sight beautiful landscape, and upon your arrival in Nairobi you be served with enroute lunch. After lunch your safari guide will drop you off to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your next flight that will make your safari come to the end.
