8 Days Tsavo, Amboseli, and Maasai Mara safari
A 8 Days Tsavo, Amboseli, and Maasai Mara safari is an intriguing adventure that explores three of Kenya’s massive wildlife destinations. This safari provides an in-depth safari experience, showcasing Kenya’s best wildlife and natural beauty.
Day 1: pick up and drive to Tsavo West National Park.
On the first day of the safari, your safari guide will pick you up either from your hotel in Nairobi or from Kenyatta International Airport by your safari guide from Focus East Africa Tours, and brief you about the safari, after you will be transferred to Tsavo West national park, with the wonderful views of the landscapes along the way. During close to the park you will enjoy a breath taking game drive until lunch time. You will arrive Tsavo West with Game en-route proceeding to your luxury camp / lodge for lunch and check in.
Check in at your camp / lodge. Later afternoon more game drive in the park with a visit to Mzima springs where you can see hippos and fish in a crystalline clear water. There are possibilities of seeing crocodiles and monkeys the sight of fifty million gallons of crystal clear water gushing out of from the under parched lava rock that is the Mzima Springs, to Shetani lava flows.
Later dinner and overnight at your lodge at Nguli safari lodge.
Day 2: Full day in Tsavo West National Park.
On the second day of your safari, you will have breakfast at your lodge in Tsavo West National Park as you prepare for your morning game viewing experience in the savannah plains of the national park to explore different attractions around the park such as Mzima springs which is a clear pool of fresh water riming through the national park where hippos, crocodiles, a variety of bird species, monkeys in the trees near the springs. You will have your lunch in the wilderness of the national park and later in the day, you will proceed to Ngulia rhino sanctuary to spend some time with the rhinos. You will have a game drive on your way to your lodge as you enjoy the sunset and look out for wildlife species such as impalas, hippos, rhinos, elands, gazelles, zebras, buffalos, kudus as well as bird species such as kingfishers, vultures, reed warblers, lesser kestrels, martial eagles, shrikes among others. You will return to your lodge for your dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Tsavo West National Park – Tsavo East National Park.
Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast. After breakfast check out with enroute game drive. You will arrive Tsavo East with Game en-route proceeding to your luxury camp / lodge for lunch and check in. Check in at your camp / lodge. Later afternoon more game drive in the park you will spot the big five mammals like lions, buffaloes, rhinos, leopards and elephants and among many others and spotting various bird species. Later dinner and overnight at Manyatta camp.
Day 4: Tsavo East National Park – Amboseli National Park.
Early morning breakfast, after breakfast check out with game en-route Leave Tsavo East for Amboseli National Park which is less than less 5 Hrs. drive. You will arrive Amboseli with a short game drive in time for lunch, Check in at your luxury camp / lodge have lunch and rest. Afternoon more game in Amboseli Park which lies at the floors of Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro offers scenic backgrounds for photography. Elephants, Lions, Cheetah, Buffalo etc. can be seen at the swamp area and open plains.
Later dinner and overnight at Kibo safari lodge.
Day 5: Full Day Amboseli National Park.
On this day, proceed for an early morning game drive before returning to your camp for breakfast. After breakfast Full day spend in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, and Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro.
Later return to your lodge at Kibo safari lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Amboseli – Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
Early morning breakfast. After breakfast leave Amboseli for Maasai Mara a 5 Hrs. drive arriving in time for lunch. Check in at Mara Serena and have lunch. Afternoon game drive through the park in search of the big five mammals like Lions, rhinos, elephants, elephants and leopards and among many others like Cheetahs, giraffes and various bird species.
Dinner and overnight at Mara Serena.
Day 7: Full Day Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
Early morning game drive and return to camp for breakfast. After breakfast Full day in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents, You will see various animal species like, zebras, impalas, topis, giraffes, Thomson’s gazelle are regularly seen, leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetah, jackal and bat-eared foxes. Black rhino are a little shy and hard to spot but are often seen at a distance if you are lucky. You will be impressed with the beautiful landscape and sighting various wildlife in the reserve. Later Meals and overnight at Mara Serena.
Day 8: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Nairobi.
Early morning game drive later return to your luxury camp / lodge for Breakfast. After breakfast check out with en-route off Maasai Mara Game Reserve and drive to Nairobi with the enroute lunch. Once you arrive in Nairobi you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight back home.
